The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore major attractions. Guests can easily walk to the Gendarmenmarkt Square, one of the most beautiful squares in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great bathrooms for a relaxing stay.

The reception service could be improved, as some guests experienced issues with check-in and overcharging on their credit cards.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that allowed us to have a luxurious stay. Our room had impressive advantages, including a beautiful garden view, comfortable furniture, and premium toiletries. the restaurant provided an outstanding buffet breakfast with a wide selection of tasty cured meats, pastries, and local fruits. the staff was very attentive and provided us with packed lunches and special diet menus upon request.

This venue is a luxurious and exclusive hotel that fulfilled all of our needs. the spa and well-being center was exceptional, with professional massage therapists who provided a relaxing experience. the infinity sauna and live entertainment created an unforgettable ambiance. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with delicious, exclusive menu items. We also appreciated the private facilities, bar/lounge area, and the packed lunches offered.

Our only minor issue was the lack of a barbeque grill on the premises. We missed out on the experience of enjoying a delicious barbeque as promised.
